Biography

Rita Smith is a Certified Paralegal dedicated to supporting clients and attorneys through every stage of the legal process.

Rita holds a master’s degree in Air Navigation and earned her Paralegal Diploma with distinction from Blackstone Career Institute. She also earned the nationally recognized Certified Paralegal (CP) credential through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and is an active member of the North Carolina Paralegal Association. Her diverse educational background reflects her commitment to excellence, precision, and continuous professional development.

In her role, Rita assists with legal document preparation, case management, and client communication, helping attorneys navigate complex legal matters while ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the process.

Outside the office, Rita enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through sports and values opportunities to travel and experience different cultures.
